No, Knuckles wasn't in Unleashed. Only Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Dr. Eggman were the main characters featured in the game.

Indeed good sir. I get the point that this game was focused mainly on just being Sonic but having Knuckles involved instead of a werehog could have done better. They had the Tornado mini missions in the PS3 and 360 version, so why not add Knuckles into the mix?
