Bout time I started a serious RP again, chose here since it seems fairly active RP wise c:... well at least on one topic ._.;
(Hopefully it won't die like my previous attempts before though....otl...))
Story:
For hundreds of years Magicians and magical beings have existed in the vast universe, however many fall in many groups, those who are heros, those who are villains, those to redeem themselves, and those who have turned away to soil their name forever... and many who just seek to see everything obliterated for their amusement...
One small fraction of this population is a small group, a Magician, a summoner, a sleeping evil, and a last of her kind...
A scarred aging mouse stood at the edge of a swirling sea, staring disgruntled into it's depths. 'It just needs one person to awaken it.... blast it.... if only he'd show himself again, I could awaken this thing and finally end it all....' He turned away hastily and walked quickly to where a balcony jutted out of his dark black castle, riddled with symbols and scriptures it kept time still itself and kept his quest open for him to live, a grin slowly scrawled across his face as he watched the world in his torn and hidden deminsion, 'He'll show himself.... he can never resist the spotlight.... and the spotlight can't resist him....'
-Meanwhile-
Mierz fidgeted watching the young magician on stage, his tail twitching uneasily, All wrong, all wrong, all wrong He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, it was killing him not to go up there and show everyone what a real magician could do. Unable to stand it any longer he got up and left the theatre and Middle school Talent show. The same place where he was posing as a young English teacher with an unusual love for Fantasy, even though much of his students had glimpsed some type of magic, they had little to no understanding of it which drove him mad. He'd encountered so many magicians that were able to do the glorious art right off with little to no encouragement, seeing how cut off some of these students were gave him headaches. Looking up at the moon he blinked as the mark on his eye mirrored its glow, I'd give anything to show off what I can do again. He slowly walked away from the school to the woods where he had made his comfortable home. Slowly the fur rose on his back however as a shockwave seemed to crawl over the area, he closed his eyes and groaned. He couldn't awaken it yet so he's making it angry now....greeeaat. He sighed knowing his time of pretending was over, he quickly ran home, letting his magic seep out and help him cheat. He quickly changed for his journey and looked back at his house knowing, once again, he'd have to burn it to the ground. He quietly mumbled a lengthy spell that sucked the moisture out of the area, creating a viel that would keep the rest of the forest safe, walking away, slowly this time, he set off to find help, finally, and to stop the monster determined to suck the life out of everything it saw.

Mission:
To stop the Soul sucking, world ending monster from coming out =D
Current Events in story....
((If this RP ever gets rolling enough I'll update this regularly~))
-Occasional Shockwaves are happening as a result of above angry monster, the Shockwaves have an effect on some magic-wielding beings, sapping at their magical energy to help itself stay alive
-Mierz is on the run in a big city and likely to bump into some people~ He also is seeping strong sensible magical energies
Current Characters:
Mierz the Cat/Magician: Mysterious Cat who has used his magic in the area of showbiz, holds a dark secret however and now looking for allies to help him stop a ravenous monster.
Geryon the Mouse: Old mouse who is trying to awaken a monster in revenge for a world that cast him away
???: Monster that sucks the life forces of living beings and destroys anything it sees
Koal the Fox: Fiery young fox trying to find out why her fire powers have disappeared
Joining/Rules:
Basic rules; no Godmods, keep it PG-13, etc.
PG-13 meaning: No intense bloodshed/gore, no sexual Explicit things (Meaning something like: "The two grinned at each other and went into the bedroom, locking the door" is fine as long as it doesn't go beyond that in detail), minor cussing/censored cussing
Be respectful of other RP-ers
